We are committed to the management and maintenance of high quality rental properties. To that end, we are very selective in the individuals we choose to live in our communities. The criteria we use are very specific and are consistently applied. We will perform background checks on any adult 18 years of age or older. These checks include credit history, rental history, and criminal record. Examples of disqualifying information would include:

• prior unlawful detainer(s) and/or eviction(s);
• poor credit history, especially with multiple judgments and/or collections;
• a bankruptcy within the past year;
• any felony conviction(s) within the past 10 years;
• poor rental history; or
• failure to pay utilities.

We do review the background check reports as a whole.
