Current Openings for

MINNESOTA

Direct Service:  (all positions involve every other weekend)
We have several openings in our group homes in the metro area for Direct Support Professionals. Job duties include:  performing personal cares as needed, medication administration, community and in-home leisure activities, assistance with household tasks and documentation. We provide required training. Current areas with openings:

      Bloomington
      Coon Rapids
      Mound
      Brooklyn Park
      Plymouth
      Golden Valley
      Shakopee
      Shoreview

Program Supervisor:
We have a full-time group home supervisor position in Plymouth at a home serving six persons with developmental disabilities. Requirements include: at least two years’ of previous group home management experience, a 2-4 year post-secondary degree, strong communication and organization skills, proven leadership skills, and familiarity with the compliance issues in group home operations. 

Activities Coordinator:
There is an opening for a part-time (27 hours/week) Activities Coordinator at Margaret Place Senior Apartments in Coon Rapids. This position involves interaction with our senior residents while planning and implementing activities, driving on scheduled events, and involving the tenants in generating ideas for the future. Requirements include: previous paid employment as an activity coordinator, knowledge of and experience with senior issues and needs, and great organization and communication skills. 

RN Case Manager: 
Mary T. Inc. Home Health has an opening for an RN Case Manager. This position involves assessment of potential clients and then the management and oversight of the cases, including skilled nursing visits. The successful candidate MUST have: at least one year’s experience as an RN Case Manager in a home health setting, great analytical, organization and communication skills, and the ability to be self-directed. This position will also allow for some case management hours in our group homes.

Where We're Located

  • The central offices for Mary T. Inc. are located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.
  • Our home health agency is based in Coon Rapids and serves consumers in the greater twin cities metropolitan area.
  • Our hospice services are based in Coon Rapids, serving Anoka, Hennepin, McLeod, Scott, Ramsey, Sherburne, and Dakota counties.
  • We have 33 group residential programs for consumers with special needs based in Minnesota.  These programs are located in the following counties: Anoka, Ramsey, Hennepin, Scott, and McLeod.
  • We have seven residential programs and one day program, in Maryland in the greater Annapolis area serving people with traumatic brain injuries. Our Maryland locations include Annapolis, Pasadena, Bowie, Severna Park, and Arnold.
  • We have catered living homes for seniors in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.
  • We have rental properties in Prescott, Wisconsin; Savage, Minnesota; Coon Rapids, Minnesota; and Casa Grande, Arizona. Most are wheelchair accessible.

Types of Positions

Mary T. Inc. most commonly has open positions for direct care workers and PCAs to work in one of three areas: 1) our group homes; 2) the Mary T. Home Health agency, performing in-home care; or 3) our housing with services and senior living programs.
