Standards

Every prospective employee must submit an application for employment. They must also complete a pre-employment survey and a writing test.

Mary T. Inc. employees must be able to read, write, and speak English, and successfully pass a criminal background check.

Most of our positions require that the employee have a valid driver's license; be able to lift, position, and/or transfer individuals; and be at least 18 years of age. Candidates must meet all job-related requirements.
