Guided by Sue Ostendorf, RN, our inter-disciplinary hospice team serves clients and their families with care and comfort during the client's last days, weeks, or months of living.

The goal of Mary T. Hospice is to help the client and their family approach dying with as much comfort, closeness, and support as possible.

The hospice team surrounds the client and their family with a circle of service that helps them focus their attention on fully appreciating and experiencing the last stages of life together. That circle of service includes:
