Since 1976, we have been providing programs, services, and home health care to seniors, people with developmental disabilities, children and adults who are medically fragile, people with traumatic brain injuries and physical disabilities, and individuals needing affordable and/or accessible rental housing. We are located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Maryland, and Arizona.

We are proud to be affliated with Camilia Rose Care Center, located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Camilia Rose is a family owned long-term care facility which has been in business since 1976. They offer a variety of services and activities for their 94 clients, including short and long term care, therapy (physical, occupational, and speech), specialized units for short term rehab and dementia, therapeutic recreation programs and an adult day program.
