We offer a safe, comfortable home that provides sophisticated care for people with potentially life-threatening health conditions while supporting their social needs.

Our philosophy is a holistic approach that meets the person's medical needs as well as the well-rounded needs desired for people in general. Our Brooklyn Park (Minnesota) home serves four people and provides skilled nursing care 24 hours a day.
